Its consequences are felt culturally and morally, intellectually, and in our dealings with other nations. The dominance of the middle class has given grise to a sort of "globalist oligarchy."

As in so many ways we follow British footsteps. Like them our foreign policy has been privatized in the hands on the Seven Sisters of international petroleum. (I know there are no longer seven of them. How many are left?) This however is a losing game for the simple reason that petroleum is quite a common mineral and is very, very beneficial for civilization. The sisters will lose their cartel power.

For the last seventy years we have been told to let Washington decide what's best for America. They have failed because power naturally gravitates toward oligarchy. At this time, all Washington can deliver is more wars on behalf of the sisters, and more bubbles in our national balance sheet.

So in sum, the Tea Party Movement, like any politicalmovement, can be coopted, but it offers the only option today for restoring the central place of the middle class in America.Joel Clarke Gibbonshttp://www.logisticresearch.comnoreply@blogger.com
